Terms & Services

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to Tilden. These Terms and Services govern your access to and use of our digital platform, experiential discovery bookings, and membership services. By accessing or navigating our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these provisions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from utilizing our platform resources.

1. Scope of Services

Tilden provides curated modern heritage discovery paths, custom cultural content, master workshop experiences, and global community access programs. All platform features, reservation capacities, and localized paths are subject to fluid scheduling configurations and may be modified or refined at our discretion to maintain experiential quality.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access specific membership options or book localized experiences, you may be required to register a profile. You are solely responsible for protecting your personal account credentials and managing all activities occurring under your registry session. Users must supply accurate, valid data during platform onboarding.

3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Payments

All digital bookings, priority reservations, and membership transactions processed through our servers are secured safely. Cancellation workflows, refund windows, and transaction definitions vary based on the specific architectural scale of the scheduled heritage discovery and will be displayed clearly prior to processing payments.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All structural designs, custom code frameworks, visual imagery, tailored text, digital interfaces, brand marks, and exclusive heritage assets displayed on Tilden are the protected property of Tilden or its collaborative content partners. Unauthorized replication, extraction, or commercial distribution of this structural material is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tilden acts as an experiential discovery coordinator. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, structural, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, physical navigation dependencies, or your participation in regional master workshops.

6. Amendments and Competent Courts

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Services at any point. Continued interaction with our services following updates establishes your acceptance of the modified guidelines. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
